These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 6ddd (hereinafter "6ddd", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://6ddd.cam and all associated services, features, content, mobile interfaces and functionality offered by 6ddd.

By registering an account, accessing the website, placing a bet or using any feature of the 6ddd platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines or policies published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of 6ddd following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updates.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:

To register and maintain an active account on the 6ddd platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required under the laws of your jurisdiction or the operator's license terms — whichever is greater.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by law and in which you are a resident. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of access in your location.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended or had an account closed by 6ddd for breach of these Terms or any applicable policy.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during the registration process. Providing false information — including falsified age or identity — is a material breach of these Terms.

6ddd does not knowingly accept registrations from minors. If you are aware of a minor using the Platform, please contact our support team immediately.

Each User may maintain only one (1) registered account on the 6ddd platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the Platform reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password;
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you;
• Ensuring that no third party gains access to your account credentials;
• Notifying 6ddd immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any suspected security breach.

6ddd will never contact you by email, chat or telephone to request your password. Any communication purporting to do so should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team. Accounts must not be shared with or transferred to any other person under any circumstances.

6ddd is required to conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer, or "KYC") checks on all account holders in order to confirm identity, age, source of funds and to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, prior to first withdrawal, upon reaching defined transaction thresholds, or at any point where the Platform deems verification necessary.

Documents typically required for KYC verification include, but may not be limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document — for Pakistani users, this is ordinarily a current CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) or a valid Pakistani passport;
• Proof of residential address — for example, a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months, displaying your name and current address;
• A selfie or liveness verification image, to confirm you are the individual named on the identity document;
• Proof of payment method ownership where required by the Platform's fraud prevention procedures.

All KYC documents must be submitted through the Platform's official HTTPS-secured verification portal only. Under no circumstances should sensitive identity documents be submitted via email, instant messaging, social media, or any channel other than the official verification interface. 6ddd accepts no liability for documents transmitted through insecure or unofficial channels.

Users must not submit altered, obscured, cropped or otherwise falsified documents. Submission of fraudulent documentation constitutes a criminal offence in most jurisdictions and will result in immediate permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds and referral to relevant authorities where required.

All financial transactions on the 6ddd platform are subject to the following general conditions. Specific deposit and withdrawal limits, minimum transaction amounts, processing timeframes and available payment methods are detailed in the Platform's cashier section and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits:

• Users may deposit funds using payment methods made available in the cashier section of their account. Available methods vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Familiar Pakistani payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are mentioned for contextual reference only. 6ddd does not claim endorsement, affiliation or partnership with any of these payment providers, and does not guarantee their availability. Always check the live cashier for currently supported options.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts owned and registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction, denominated in PKR.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit by the account holder, or a verified method in the account holder's name.
• All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests made prior to KYC completion will be held pending until verification is confirmed.
• The Platform processes withdrawals as promptly as operationally practicable, subject to standard security and fraud prevention checks. Processing timeframes vary by payment method.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. See Section 8 (Bonuses & Promotions) for full details.
• 6ddd reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide such documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the request being cancelled.

All bets and wagers placed on the 6ddd platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific, game-specific or market-specific rules published on the relevant betting or game page.

• Bet placement: A bet is deemed accepted and binding upon the Platform confirming acceptance and the stake being deducted from the User's real-money or bonus balance. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended once placed unless expressly permitted by the Platform.
• Odds and prices: All published odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. In the event of a manifest error in odds — including system errors resulting in odds that do not reflect the true market price — 6ddd reserves the right to void the relevant bet(s), regardless of whether they were settled as winning bets.
• Live betting: In-play betting markets are subject to suspension and closure at any time. The Platform accepts no liability for delays in live odds updates resulting from third-party data feed disruptions.
• Game outcomes: Casino and gaming outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. Results are final upon display. 6ddd accepts no liability for results disputed on the basis of claimed software malfunction where no fault has been confirmed by the Platform's technical team.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These are displayed at the point of bet placement. The Platform reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to any account without prior notice.
• Match abandonment: Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or voided, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport's official rules published in the Platform's sportsbook rules section.

All bonuses, promotions, free spins and other promotional offers made available through the 6ddd platform are subject to these general bonus terms as well as the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Wagering requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Illustrative example: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 in total qualifying bets.
• Maximum bet during bonus: While a bonus is active, Users may be subject to a maximum permitted stake per bet or per game round. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. The maximum bet limit is specified in each promotion's terms.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute at a higher rate than live casino and table games. Zero-contribution games do not count towards rollover clearance. Refer to the specific promotion for contribution percentages.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses expire within a defined period from the date of issue or activation, as specified in the promotion terms. Upon expiry, the bonus and any associated uncompleted wagering requirements are removed from the account. Time extensions are not granted.
• Bonus abuse: Any User found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including through the operation of multiple accounts, coordinated group play, low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear rollover with minimal risk, or any other method deemed exploitative — will have their bonus forfeited and may have their account suspended or permanently closed.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonuses: Certain promotional offers impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as a result of bonus winnings. This cap, where applicable, is stated in the promotion terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 6ddd platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, associated funds forfeited and be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether in the same name, a different name or using falsified personal information;
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, algorithms or any software designed to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not permitted by 6ddd;
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches or manifest pricing errors to obtain an unfair advantage;
• Collusion with other Users to manipulate the outcome of any game, match or market;
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity;
• Attempting to charge back, reverse or dispute a legitimate transaction processed by 6ddd;
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information at any point during registration, KYC verification or in communications with the support team;
• Using another person's payment method without their explicit authorization;
• Any conduct that constitutes fraud, deception or unlawful interference with the Platform's systems or other Users.

All content published on the 6ddd platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game interfaces and the compilation thereof — is the property of 6ddd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, scrape or otherwise exploit any content or functionality of the Platform without express prior written consent from 6ddd.

Any unauthorized use of 6ddd's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6ddd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any bet or wager placed or not placed through the Platform;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or transmissions;
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the Platform;
• Technical failures, server downtime, internet disruptions or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics or results data;
• Any gambling-related financial losses incurred by you through the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

6ddd is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. We provide Users with the following tools, accessible at any time through account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to control your spending;
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts to notify you of the duration of your current session;
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period;
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely restrict your account from placing bets or accessing gambling features.

6ddd reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Submission of false, misleading or fraudulent documentation;
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as set out in Section 9;
• Where continued account operation is required to be suspended under applicable regulatory or law enforcement requirements;
• Where the Platform reasonably suspects money laundering, fraud or other financial crime.

Upon account closure for material breach, any balance associated with the account — including deposits, winnings and bonus funds — may be forfeited in whole or in part at the Platform's discretion, subject to applicable law.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account in good standing may contact support to initiate account closure. Outstanding balance withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the Platform's standard withdrawal procedures, subject to completed KYC verification.

6ddd reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or an in-platform notification prior to taking effect, wherever reasonably practicable.

The version of the Terms published on this page at any given time constitutes the current operative version. By continuing to access or use the Platform after amended Terms have been published, you are deemed to have accepted those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your account.

We recommend that Users check this page periodically to stay informed of the current Terms applicable to their use of the Platform.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 6ddd holds its operating license. The Platform operates under international gaming regulations and is not governed by Pakistani law.

Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice to Pakistani users or to users in any other jurisdiction. Users are solely responsible for obtaining independent legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction.
